• Purchase and subscription information returned by Apple and our payment infrastructure.
• Basic technical data such as app version, device type, crash information, and diagnostic events.
• Support information you send to us by email or through customer support channels.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate AI dance and motion videos from the media you provide.
• To deliver app features such as templates, gallery history, recent uploads, and wallet balance.
• To process purchases, restore subscriptions, apply Clipcoins, and prevent billing abuse.
• To improve product quality, performance, reliability, and fraud prevention.
• To respond to support requests and operational issues.

3. Media You Upload

When you upload a photo or video, that content may be processed by Orin and by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf solely to create, store, and deliver your generated results. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use that content.

Please do not upload unlawful, infringing, highly sensitive, or explicit content. Orin may restrict or remove content that violates our rules or applicable law.

4. Purchases and Subscription Data

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We may receive limited purchase metadata from Apple and our subscription infrastructure, including product identifiers, subscription status, renewal state, entitlement state, and restore events. We use this information to unlock paid features, restore access, and maintain accurate wallet and subscription status.

We may use third-party services to operate Orin, including hosting, storage, subscriptions, analytics, push notifications, and support.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Depending on the feature, this may include cloud storage, content delivery, purchase infrastructure, diagnostics, or email handling.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and provide access to your generated content and purchase history.
